1x - The establishment and hierarchy of the
proper integration team is critical to initiation of the project.
During Information Management, the team will define the project charter
and collect and disseminate the data.

| 2x - During the Business Process Management
phase, we hold a Discovery session. Discovery is the first working
step toward the development of existing business practices and conceptual
systems definition.

| 3x -Application Management produces a Systems
Requirement Document (SRD). Here, we build the hardware Bill of
Materials and plan the balance of the project implementation.

| 4x - Selecting the appropriate tools
communicate between the application and your host systems is
critical. In 4x, we design the host interface pipeline.

| 5x - Here, we develop the test and training
plan, perform the Factory Integration and Testing (FIT), and
documentation. Simply, we test most everything before we set foot on
you site.

| 6x - This is the final system rollout step
where we give you the keys. Deployment Management includes
installation, testing, and database conversion and training.

| 7x - Post installation Support Management
includes service and support of your system. We offer a variety of
support agreements and a transitory upgrade path.
